This policy explains how Limo Service Roma collects and processes the personal data of users who visit this website or contact us to request a quote or a transfer service.

Data controller

The data controller is Limo Service Roma, based in Rome, Italy (VAT number shown in the footer). For any request regarding your personal data, write to info@limoserviceroma.com.

Data we collect

We only collect the data you provide voluntarily through the contact form or WhatsApp: name, phone number, email address and trip details (date, pick-up and destination, number of passengers, any notes). We also collect aggregated, anonymous usage statistics through a privacy-friendly analytics system, with no tracking cookies.

Purpose and legal basis

We process your data solely to respond to your enquiries, provide a quote and manage your booking. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request and your consent (Art. 6 GDPR). We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.

Third-party providers

To deliver the service we rely on providers that may process data on our behalf:

• Web3Forms — processing and delivery of messages sent through the contact form.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and anonymous, cookie-free traffic statistics.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, the conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases the transfer takes place in compliance with the GDPR, on the basis of appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Data retention

We keep contact data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any related services, and thereafter for the period required by legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting). After those periods, the data is deleted.
