What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time. You pay nothing extra for delays.
Is airport waiting time included?
Yes. Up to 60 minutes of free waiting after landing is included for airport transfers.
How and when do I pay?
You can pay in cash or by card directly to the chauffeur. For business clients we issue a proper invoice.
Can I request a child seat?
Of course. We provide child seats and boosters on request at no extra cost — just let us know when booking.
How much luggage can I bring?
It depends on the vehicle: the E-Class holds 2 large suitcases, the V-Class up to 6. For groups with lots of luggage we recommend the V-Class.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least 24 hours ahead to guarantee availability, but we do our best for last-minute requests too.
Are prices per person or per vehicle?
All prices are per vehicle, not per person, and include the chauffeur, fuel and tolls.
Does the driver speak English or German?
Yes. Our chauffeurs speak Italian, English and German, to look after you throughout the journey.
